Fantastic tool, thanks for making it available in HTML5! I do have a bit of a problem though, I can't seem to properly load old .cpt files into this version. Aside from that, it's as good as ever.
Displaying sound waves with Haxe / OpenFL is awesome. How can you do that, Can you share a little info about programming to view the waves and generate sound effects!
I get a "Stage3D error: Context3D not available" error in the browser on this page, but I'm curious about this tool and will try the downloadable version.
Great Work & nice smooth friendly style! Added to my devlog list. Feel free to tell me if you know more good SFX Generators or other useful (free) audio tools!
Ps.: don't know why but the graphic style (especially color scheme) a little bit reminds me the HappyTreeFriends series and the Dumb Ways to Die Game :)
Amazing tool! Bought a Mac version. I can't wait to keep playing with this! Just seeing if anyone else has any issues saving .wav files on the mac version? I was able to do it from the browser version without issue.
OH GOD ! I used your tool so many times in my gamedev life ! And when Flash was announced to be abandoned I was so sad ! I was looking for alternative but didn't find any other equivalent... And today I went to the old link that was in my bookmark for so long just, you know, for a miracle and BAM here it is ! "New Home" ! I'm so ridiculously happy xD
Have my 5$ ! (not much I know, sry, but it's with all my heart !)

this is BRILLIANT! much better than using JSFXR!!
The file format is a image format and it won’t turn into a mp3
This is such an useful tool
Sorry if someone already asked this, but is there an eta for the sequencer?
Chiptone is 80% of why I didn't want Flash phased out. THANK YOU for putting in the work to move it here!
Cool tool
Could you include the HTML5 version? I don't have Windows or Mac and seeing the HTML version already exists you wouldn't need to port it to linux.
This is include
It's not, did you even look at the downloads?
Would it be possible to run Chiptone as a VST? I know some exes can be used like that and I'd love to give it a try in FL Studio!

Awesome tool !
Just dropping in to say thanks, this is a beautiful evolution of bfxr. We've used it a heap on our games!

could you make a linux version?

Use the Itch app, and install the HTML5 version instead the Mac version. This fixes this exact same problem for me.
Pretty cool, dead simple. Wish it was a VST, though.
I remember your tool from the flash days :) I love it!
Bro i love it! it would be so useful for if it have a win x32 version
Amazing idea and Amazing execution! Super useful and easy to use!
I'm so glad it's in HTML format, I thought I was never going to be able to make sounds again!
Amazing tool man! is posible to do a version for win x86? it would help me a lot
This might sound insane and just not very doable.
But is there any way to use your own wave file rather than the 10 it comes with?
It'd be awesome if you could insert a wav of like some instrument's tone or something and then do the same things to it.
Linux version would be nic!

hey uhh so how do you change the length of a sound?
try tweaking the amplitude "sustain", "release" & "length" params
ok thanks!
This is super cool!! I can see myself use this for my projects, Thank you very much!! :D
cool
Very good! Love it!
Wow! It's amazing! I loved!
Amazing, wow! So awesome for you to have made a beautiful tool like this!
I have literally used this everyday since I downloaded it. It's a great tool now, and hopefully will be better when it's complete.
One issue is that you have to type .wav every time you export a file, or it doesn't save correctly.
Other than that, it generates all of the tones you could ever want for any retro game you want to create.
I love this! but the Windows version won't save the file as a .wav file. is it something that I'm doing?
Just put .wav in the file name, worked for me
Very good tool thank you for this :)
very cool
Looks and sound good! But not very usable for me without support for midi devices or as a VST.

Thank you so much for this. I use it all the time for quick sound FX. Really happy to see it here on itch.
